The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing engineering team, driving data-driven strategies, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. We are specifically looking for candidates from Tier 2 or Tier 3 colleges with a startup background for a quick hiring process.
- Lead and manage an engineering team to build and optimize data intent systems and workflows.
- Design and implement scalable solutions for understanding and utilizing user intent across platforms.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and business teams to align engineering efforts with company goals.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within established timelines and budgets.
- Drive innovation and best practices in engineering, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role, with prior or recent experience at companies like ShareChat, Instagram, TikTok, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in data intent, data processing systems, and machine learning-driven insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering complex projects.
