About the Role
We’re seeking an innovative GTM Growth Partner to architect and optimize our entire go-to-market motion. This role sits at the intersection of revenue strategy, operations, and technology, focusing on building scalable systems that turn ideal customer profiles (ICP) into predictable revenue.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design & orchestrate end-to-end buyer journeys (from ICP identification to revenue conversion).
- Build & optimize multi-channel GTM experiments using advanced tools and platforms.
- Develop & implement data-driven strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts.
- Create automated workflows and scalable revenue operations systems.
- Partner with leadership to align GTM strategy with company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the revenue funnel.
- Adopt & implement new GTM technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Expertise in modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, SendSpark, Unity, Keyplay, Smartlead, Rb2b, etc.).
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis & experimentation.
- Proven track record in building & optimizing revenue-generating systems.
- Experience with automation tools to create scalable workflows.
- Strong collaboration & communication skills to work cross-functionally.
- Background in revenue operations, growth, or technical GTM roles.
