The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing HubSpot workflows, creating data-driven email marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless CRM management to support our marketing and sales goals.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging analytics to inform improvements.
- Ensure data integrity within HubSpot and maintain accurate lead and contact records.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and objectives.
- 2+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and personalization.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign metrics and generating actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
