We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive for US Market to drive growth and expand our footprint within the eCommerce and fashion industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on securing new enterprise accounts, building a predictable pipeline, and consistently exceeding sales targets. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work closely with founders, CEOs, and marketing teams to offer tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Expansion: Drive sales and deliver top-line growth in line with quarterly/annual quotas across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Pipeline Management: Collaborate with a team of SDRs to generate and nurture leads, building a strong sales pipeline from mid to bottom funnel.
  • Account Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new enterprise customers and securing long-term contracts, particularly within the eCommerce and fashion sectors.
  • CRM & Forecasting: Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, ensuring 95% accuracy in sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Strategic Sales: Work with internal teams to devise and execute strategies that maximize sales opportunities and drive customer acquisition.
  • Account Growth: Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring long-term success and retention.
  • Market Outreach: Drive customer acquisition across the USA regions via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting strategies.
Qualifications

Requisite Skills & Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Outbound sales, specifically in a revenue-carrying Account Executive role.
    • Proven success selling to decision-makers in eCommerce, fashion brands, and related industries.
    • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process, from lead generation to closing.
    • Hunter mentality with a relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Ability to take full responsibility for end-to-end sales, including building a pipeline, creating opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Experience working in the USA markets for at least 2+ years
  • Comfortable working in Night Shift
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Results-oriented and focused on achieving measurable sales outcomes.
